Crochet Baby Booties(小嬰兒針織靴)
One day on social media, I saw a photo of a friend's crochet baby booties, I wanted to learn it myself instantly. Although I don't have babies yet, but those booties are just so adorable. I decided to learn it and hope one day I will be able to make some for my own children.
有天我在社群網站上看到一個朋友Po的嬰兒針織鞋, 我馬上想要自己做做看。雖然我還沒有自己的小孩,但是嬰兒針織鞋實在太可愛了,所以我決定開始學針織。希望有一天我可以為自己的小孩做針織鞋。
Since I'm a beginner, I started search for some tutorial on youtube. I had to watch a video several times and spent hours to make one pair of booties. My first few projects turned out horribly...because one is always bigger than the other...I was so frustrated, but I didn't want to quit! After a few months, I finally taught myself how to read written patterns. And these are the patterns that I tried and find it very easy to follow.
身為一個初學者,我先從Youtube上找教學影片,但是每做一雙鞋,我需要重複看教學影片好幾次甚至好幾個小時。一開始的成品還常常一大一小,非常糟糕...我很沮喪,但是我不想放棄!過了幾個月後,我透過自學終於會看針織圖表, 而以下的針織圖表是我試過,覺得很容易上手的。

I just made a pair of these from Hut's Crochet pattern and they are adorable!!! The written instruction is very easy to follow. However I was using G(4.25mm) crochet hook, and I wanted to make a size for 3-6 months. (Original Pattern was for New Born) So for the sole, I alter Hdc to Sc and Dc to Hdc for round 2 and the rest stays the same.
我用了以上的針織圖表做了一雙靴子, 成品非常可愛, 步驟也淺顯易懂. 但是針織圖表是做初生嬰兒的靴子,我想做3-6個月的嬰兒靴,所以用了美式G勾針, 鞋底的部分在第二步驟把中長針改成短針,長針改成了中長針, 而剩下的步驟則照舊。
Here is my work. I added a bow instead. (Bow Pattern from One dog woof)

When I saw this, I thought of making it for my niece who was born this year. This pattern has a video tutorial, but you will need to finish the sole before you watch the video. The blogger has a great written pattern for sole which you can find here.
Here is my work. I didn't make the flower~我的沒有加花的成品。

The pattern was easy to follow but it was hard to make the bow exactly like the picture....so I had to alter it a little bit to make it look better. (see my work below)
針織圖表淺而易懂,但是做到蝴蝶結的部分卻沒有辦法做得跟圖片一樣好看,所以我在蝴蝶中中間多加了線,讓整體看起來更融洽些。(我的成品如下)
Hopefully when I get to have my own children, I will be able to make some cute booties as those talented women out there~~
希望等我有自己的小孩時,我也可以和這些有天賦的人一樣,多做幾雙漂亮的針織鞋~
